Abstract for Video Submission Guidelines
RULES FOR VIDEO ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Please read the submission guidelines carefully before submitting your video abstract.
- Video abstracts will be collected through the online submission system.
- Video abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
- Video abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
- Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only video abstracts submitted by authors who have completed their registration will be scheduled for presentation.
- A single attendee may act as the presenting author for a maximum of 5 video abstracts.
- Abstracts for video submission must include the following sections: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- Submitted videos must not exceed 5 minutes in duration.
- For accepted video abstracts, authors will be allocated 5 minutes for video presentation followed by 3 minutes of discussion during the scientific session.
- All abstracts should be submitted in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling suitable for publication.
- The submitter must ensure that appropriate patient consent has been obtained before submitting the video abstract.
- Only abstracts containing final results will be accepted for review. Abstracts stating “data will be discussed during the presentation” will not be accepted.
- The abstract must not exceed 1,000 words. The title, authors’ names, affiliations and references are not included in the word count.
- Authors’ affiliations should be written as: Department, Institution, City, Country.
- The abstract title should contain no more than 25 words. Please write symbols as words (e.g. Beta, Alpha).
- You may enter up to 6 keywords, separated by commas.
- Abbreviations should be written in full when first mentioned, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Abstract content must be scientifically valid, objective, balanced and free of commercial promotional content.

- Early Registration Deadline: 15 November 2026
Submission Process
- Register to the system using the “New User” link and create a new account.
- After signing up, follow the instructions provided on the page. Please read these messages and instructions carefully.
- A confirmation message will be sent to the corresponding author’s e-mail address after the abstract submission is completed. Please keep this confirmation email. If this email doesn’t appear, check your spam folder.
- The entire evaluation process can be tracked through the corresponding author’s account and e-mail.
- If you have not received confirmation that your abstract has been submitted, please contact us. Do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
