Murat Gülşen, MD, FEBU, is an Assistant Professor of Urology at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine, Samsun, Türkiye, and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology. He graduated from Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 2013 and completed his urology residency at Ondokuz Mayıs University in 2021. His clinical practice focuses on endourology, laparoscopic, robotic, and retroperitoneoscopic surgery, laser enucleation of the prostate, and uro-oncology.

He is a member of the Society of Minimally Invasive Urology and takes part in its national multicenter BPO registry. His research interests include minimally invasive management of stone disease, BPO, and urologic cancers, as well as machine learning in urologic surgery. He has authored more than 25 publications, reviews for several international urology journals, and has performed live surgery at regional and national congresses.
